Stage 1, Day 3:
- Waking up earlier than I intend to is becoming a habit. Woke up 4 hours earlier than I intended to this morning.
- Realized today that for me, this sub has some sort of In-the-Moment state shifting effect. I know it may not have been designed this way but here's how I know. I came in to work and was completely uninspired. I simply couldn't wait to get home and do more business related research. Within 5 minutes of starting the sub's ultrasonic track, I gained peak levels of motivation and I've been productive at work ever since. Nice bonus.
