Zinc, selenium, coleus forskohkii, KSM-66 ashwaghanda extract, d-aspartic acid, bubine natalensis (questionable that it's healthy), shilajit, raw black maca root, cut down on alcohol, get good sleep, eat lightly steamed cruciferous vegetables, and exercise.
