Chaps,

I am curious to know how everyone maintains their testosterone levels. Obviously the levels drop with age especially when you hit the grand old age of 40 Wink.

My currently daily supplement is a product called M stack from a company called Universal Nutrition. From what I have read adding fat to a diet boosts testosterone production.

There are websites touting tribulus as a natural testosterone booster however I am skeptical of this product.

Deadlift+fasting+boron can help you naturally.
Also kettlebell swing and front squat help you not only for posterior chain but also for better sex. Macho tea , breathing exercises, cold shower, good fat in diet and kegel exercises are few more things right now comes in my head . All are natural and steroid free.

Zinc, selenium, coleus forskohkii, KSM-66 ashwaghanda extract, d-aspartic acid, bubine natalensis (questionable that it's healthy), shilajit, raw black maca root, cut down on alcohol, get good sleep, eat lightly steamed cruciferous vegetables, and exercise.

Edit: Agree with boron, as well.

Some very good points here thank you for sharing. The mention of Boron is something new to me will have to research this further.
