It's fine to split it up like that if it's 4g/5g. The latest 5.5g programs with a specificed amount of loops is what you want to do without interruption.

Do you mean is there programming to get up early? Not specifically that I know of, but it may be a sideeffect with some of the programming, as in you might want to sleep less and get more done.
Asleep is fine, it's really whenever you can do it. It's better to be consistent instead of obsessing over when is best.
That's mainly 5.5g due to the state shifting. Though meditation done in some ways could be seen as mind programming so generally isn't recommended with subliminals.
