It's funny how things work out like that. But ... that's what I realized not long ago and it's helped me take more steps out of my comfort zone. BTW I think the sub you are refering to is Carpe Deim (Seize the Day!). I think it would be great for you man. I plan to add it to alpha male 2011 because ever since I've started it I've been in my head way to much and it gets me all riled up and stressed out.
