Micro agreements are MAJOR pieces of influence. In sales, even just getting people to tell me how they are doing before I go into my pitch (and refusing to go into the pitch till they connect with me) helps set the pace.
That is actually a good book. I read some of it a while ago. Definitely some nuggets in there. Glad to hear you getting early success.
