One must always air on the side of possibility, not limitations. Even a few years ago, it was "impossible" for the human body to run a mile faster than 5 mins (or something like that). It was a "universal law".
I think a lot of "universal laws" are like that.
As for free will, I make my money influencing people. At the end of the day, it's their choice, but most of them would not have made it had I not influenced them. That's all I'll say about "free will".
