I had a rough experience about a week ago listening to hybrid while sleeping. I had 7 loops on, and I didn't sleep until all loops had played. I got little to no rest, so I switched to ultrasonic by itself, and I slept well the following night.
Well, my fridge makes a little noise, so I turned up the thermostat (I'd had it on the coldest setting), which made my one room tiled apartment much quieter. But playing the ultrasonic with no background noise kept me awake again. I'd had my VLC player at 50% for months with no problems, but I was kept awake on DMSI ultrasonic when there was no noise interference. I had UD on at 45% for the 3 months I listened to it (mostly on hybrid), but I never had trouble sleeping. I only cite the forced march message in DMSI as the reason.
I turned DMSI down to 45% last night using ultrasonic, and I slept well. I thought I'd pass this on for reference.
Thanks for the data. Sometimes, programs that require or trigger heavy processing and/or cause you to work on things that scare you will cause it to be challenging to fall asleep.
