So... I seem to have missed something Shannon. Are you saying anyone not executing fully (everyone?)

Umm... there was a post a while back where you (I think?) said anyone not executing should do 8 loops. No?

I don't recall. I do know that 7 seems to be a good place for most people.

That's up to you. Most of you seem to be doing well at 6 or 7 loops.

So I should do 6-7 loops?

I would say that 7 is a good bet.

Also, since I've been seeing a girl every week, I'm not able to keep the 7 day ASRB. How will that change things for me and how should I compensate?

It will reduce your success. You should compensate by prioritizing the ASRB and making sure you abide by it.

Not possible at night.

Could I do the loop in the daytime even though I do it while I sleep every other night?

if for whatever reason you can't do them at night, do your best to find a way to do all loops back to back at the best possible time. Only fall back on breaking it up if you absolutely have no other choice, as that creates another ASRB value that will be other than optimal.
