Thanks will try that after i finish this run on a in 2 days, would ultrasonic be best through the night or during the day, also if i use my phone for it while moving around during the day will it still be effective, sorry never tried ultrasonic and most of the time have used the speakers through the computer, but read the speaker on the phone depending on what phone i have might not work well?

It will work fine on your phone. That's what I use 95% of the time, sheerly for the convenience factor. It won't work as well, as Ben said, because it's not stereo in most cases. Stereo is better, and higher quality speakers are better, but standard cell phone speakers these days fall into "good enough but has a hard time handing high volume ultrasonics (14 or 15 out of 15) and "good enough for anything" for the high end phones.
