Hi Shannon. I'm almost finished reading through "Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 2", which is a behemoth of a thread mind you. I'd like to commend you on your utmost patience with people who ask the same, but differently phrased questions over and over. Perhaps a more detailed FAQ DMSI section is in order? Obviously whenever any person on your team has the time to do so 
This way you could simply link them to the FAQ instead of wasting your time repeating yourself whenever someone asks you for more information on what the TID is and how it works (which I have done unintentionally
