Two loops a day of DMSI 3.2 is not a light workout. There's a reason I said 1 a day in the instructions.
Shannon I think DMSI is way too strong to be used everyday, speaking in terms of results..
Secondary ASRB calculations would have been a lot closer to 1:1 if that were the case for a majority of people.
Maybe I’m a special case then, I am a person who do not like being told what to do. In fact I don’t like it all to the point even if something I wanted to do but someone else told me to do it I’ll do the opposite.
I used to be like that. Then I realized how much it was costing me in life, and I changed my stubbornness to strength of will, which mean now I will think about what makes the most sense for me to do before I act, instead of blindly stonewalling or reversing. This is consciously, of course. I don't resist subliminals, though.
