I was just writing about UD to a member, and while doing so, I remembered some very good things. In short, UD swept away a lot of the daily emotional garbage I had been carrying habitually.
On that note, does the H&C in DMSI have any similar components? Being truthful to myself was how it began changing me, as lying had always seemed easier (though it required SO MUCH energy). But UD wouldn't allow me to BS myself. I value it for that reason.
So does DMSI have similar components to UD?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts here.
Hi!
If I remember correctly, DMSI does contain technology derived from Universal Detox, primed at achieving the program's goals, and as far as I can tell (I have not run UD myself), it does just that.
Thanks Have At Ye. I knew it likely does, and the main reason I'm unsure is that DMSI is not a C sub. Just A, B, and D, as C does the physical healing, which is a major part of UD. We'll both see.
Also, I know I'm seeking to know if I can look FORWARD to letting stuff go. My most valuable moments on UD lied around me grieving old stuff, mostly small stuff. I'd begin crying, and it'd trigger memories for other bricks I was holding on to. So, I cried a lot. Crying let a lot go in me--and that's something I may experience in DMSI, on the A side anyway.
I actually seem to be crying a bit more often when running ver. B of the current DMSI, but I guess your mileage may vary.
I believe it happens when something is clearing through, just as you're saying, and it may very much be related to the detoxing modules.
