Stage 2 Day 20
Started feeling nervous again, despite Bio E and TRE. Hmph. Maybe one off, hope so.
Today was day 82 of no fap/semen retention. It's been pretty easy but I'm noticing side effects. For a start during my time doing this I've noticed my workout regimen has decreased, losing some motivation/consistency. Also my diet has kind of stalled. I'm eating a lot more takeaways. This could also be due to having to move work location so it's less convenient for me to shop. I kind of think this is my way to make up for quitting caffeine/masturbation so I'm finding another way to treat myself.
Went to the gym and did my squat workout there. Bloody barbell was way too big for me, so that there wasn't any grips for the front squat on my shoulders. Thing kept trying to slide off me due to sweat. No looks except from fellow gym bros. Felt kind of self conscious.
Had a wet dream last night. Can't even remember what it was about.
Looking forward to Stage 3 honestly. I think I'm going to have to run this multiple times. At the moment I'm thinking AM6 > DMSI A (healing)> AM6 > ? > AM6.
Three times might be my sweet spot.
