Stage 3(A), Day 13,
I'm almost done my first 5-day week. My first day with this new site went really well; there's a lot of work to do though. Hello, extra money.
I've been using the Sleep Induction tool; it's my third or fourth time using it, and although my first time using it did not go smoother, I've had a good night's sleep two nights ago, and a great night's sleep last night. Last night was on 7.5 hours, which is a bit longer than usual. I've had calm and focused energy all day at my new job. Normally, at a new site, I'm drained of energy partway through the day, due to the novelty. I drove home feeling great as well.
My grounding panel also came in the mail; it's laid across my bed, and plugged into the grounding portion of the wall plug. This should also better my night's sleep. Once I nail 'falling asleep' and my night's sleep, I'll be willing to jump into bed at a reliable time, and be able to nail my morning ritual each day.
