Hi Shannon,
In regards to sleep aid, I can fall in asleep super quick, but also a very light sleeper so my true rest hours are like 2 each night even I was in bed sleeping for 7.
I’m thinking of a playlist of one loop of DMSI followed by multiple loops of sleep aid for the rest of the night. Do you think it will work?
