I wonder if it's possible to have a Regret Eraser in the next Version of DMSI, focusing on Regrets and the past should be apart of the Wall because as I start to go deeper into DMSI it seems my mind is fixated on all the mistakes and failures I had in the past.

There is already a regret eraser. It's the H&C. And it will never be a part of the Wall because the Wall is designed to prevent you from resistance and self sabotage.

You are just working on these things. This too shall pass. Accept them as mistakes, recognize that you have learned what you can from them, resolve to never make those mistakes again, forgive yourself, and let them go.
