DMSI 3.2-A Primary ASRB: 20 to 1
This means for every 20 minutes of the loop, there a minute of silence. So chances are the loop is 63 minutes

Secondary ASRB: 7 days on, 1 day off
This means, for every 7 days you listen to your loops, you take one day off. So your off days won't fall on the same day every week.
