In terms of resistance, I try to convince my subconscious that every obstacle/resistance is the path I should be taking. Burn the obstacle/resistance as fuel to level up.
Kind of like a boss (resistance) at the end of a level in a game. Once this boss has been defeated, you level up. If it beats you, you start at the beginning of the level again and keep going in circles.
I consciously believe this to be true but I don't know if I subconciously and constantly have to remind myself of this. This along with telling myself to execute , or lately, assuming that I am executing already and not even thinking about it has helped me a lot. Made all this a lot more natural and made me less results seeking
