How do you talk to your subconscious? - Tigerismyspirit - 03-23-2018
I've seen some people ask their subconscious why it wasn't executing the script. May I aske how you do that? Is that through meditation?

When I was doing 3.1 I was trying it with writing. I'd ask myself why i'm afraid of the goal of DMSI and write it down, and then "why am I afraid of that?" and drill it down.
I can't really say if it helped or not.

In terms of resistance, I try to convince my subconscious that every obstacle/resistance is the path I should be taking. Burn the obstacle/resistance as fuel to level up.
Kind of like a boss (resistance) at the end of a level in a game. Once this boss has been defeated, you level up. If it beats you, you start at the beginning of the level again and keep going in circles.
I consciously believe this to be true but I don't know if I subconciously and constantly have to remind myself of this. This along with telling myself to execute , or lately, assuming that I am executing already and not even thinking about it has helped me a lot. Made all this a lot more natural and made me less results seeking

One thing I found which is helping is that when im listening to the subliminal I will tell myself in my head "I believe everything I am hearing, even though I don't hear it consciously my sub-conscious mind hears it all and it is all truth."

It seems like a trust thing to me. You have to trust yourself and trust that the subliminal messages are in your best interest. You can try to affirm that you trust all the information being presented to you subconsciously and that you trust Shannon's expertise. Shannon has said himself that the messages you 'hear' are suggestions, so it makes sense to say something like
Quote:"I trust all the knowledge and information I am receiving. (or perhaps, "I trust my mind to make the most sense out of the information I am receiving and will make the right decisions based on this knowledge.") "This new wisdom will add value to my life the more I accept it. Execute the script. I want to execute the script. These suggestions and knowledge are things that I want to act upon."
Give it a shot, let us know what comes of it.
