I wonder what I should do as well in terms of increasing the loop. I did play a little less than one and a half loop a week ago when the player stopped playing after 42 minutes the night before. I felt like shit the next day. Lesson learnt: Don't break the ASRB.

For me DMSI has stopped my stonewalling on subs
So far what I have got from it is that im not fapping at all
This wasnt a big major goal for me but what i did want from this sub....that there was an end to my stonewalling, has been achieved
I am however now hoping that beyond not fapping I can actually reach the other goals of this sub, otherwise ill have to remain on DMSI indefinitely and not move to other subs as and when theyre released.
So im also wondering whether to either:
1) Move from hybrid track to masked?
2) Increase loops?
I decided to stay on B, since B is the Bulldozer and so im gnna notice changes and faster, than if I went on A the slower calmer subtler approach.
I was going to change to A all along but my understanding is that its identical to B except for the manner in which it achieves its goals. What however I do want is to get healing and clearing done as much as possible to reach and smash my inner beliefs so that other subs such as MLS etc can work for me and work for me that much better.
Im also curious to know what Shannon has learnt during this 30 day experiment where we all started with B and how far away 3.3 is now.
