From what I gather you seem to worry quite a lot about little things that may or may not affect the sub, even moreso things that you can't control or change. Don't get me wrong even I have to an extent but just try and forget about those things, run it and give the it time to settle in a bit. I've decided to that for now and see what happens.
To add to this I found DMSI works best when you just go about your life and stop caring way too much about it’s result. Like enjoy life and you will find yourself starting to execute. But some of you just want to focus way too much on resistance, stonewalling etc etc. I was executing really good before I started surfing the journals. After reading about everyone resistance or other issues I found myself starting to creating same effects on me.
I am not advertising to stay away from the forum. I am just saying give yourself some room and time...
I’ll tell you this when you execute DMSI 100%. The results are EXTREMELY obvious.
So stop worrying oh what this does to DMSI or I am not tired or today I didn’t listen to music or I had eggs.
I am not shannon but I will answer your questions which by the way are really basic.
1- you asking if not being tired is a a good sign. Well what do you think? Is being tired good or bad? The answer is yes it is a good sign, your next question might be well why it’s a good sign? This could be many things but obvious one is that your subconscious may finally started to cooperate instead of fighting.
2- you asking if stress could affect the sub. Again why do you think shannon added disconnect from negative stress in DMSI? Well the answer is because it can affect the results.
Some members ask really basic questions that you already know the answer for or been answered million times before, so why ask it anyways?
These questions gets add up really quickly as the community grows. Which means if shannon missed a day in the forum he has to spend hours reading, replying to questions and journals. And there is only one shannon.
It’s a good idea before asking a question to read the product page, FAQs and shannon recent journal update.
