It has been 2 weeks since I restarted according to Shannon's instructions.
The effects are non-existent. It is not what I started with. At first it was anxiety relief and then a lot of healing. Now is 0% healing and maybe, not sure, 10% anxiety relief.
I will continue and see how it goes with the 2 months minimum usage.
If Shannon is reading this please let me know if there is anything I can experiment with.
