My buddy Tom reduced approach anxiety from an 11/10 to 2/10 in only one hour of tapping. This was an insurmountable problem for him. He said the tapping was extremely intense. Afterwards, he noticed a *significant* difference in not only his interactions with women, but also with other people, as well. One hour!
Here's how you can apply the same thing:
1. Find a picture of women at the club, or watch a video of a guy doing approaches. Or, simply visualize being at the club of your choice and approaching. Or, just remember when you did an approach. They all work.
2. Ask yourself, "How do I want to feel in this situation?"
3. Answer yourself, e.g. "confident & relaxed"
4. Tap
5. Repeat the process
The purpose of answering yourself is targeting the "gulf" separating you from where you are to where you want to be. You are, in essence, releasing the "lack" of confidence or relaxation in that situation.
