My English is not that great but I'll give it a go. I beleive that the term was first coined by Chaos. Its a high or a feeling of elation that is apparently released indicating that the user is executing part or all of the script. I'm not entirely sure if it was programmed by Shannon or if it is a by product of executing the script. However, I've felt it occasionally and it's effect was highly correlated to the times when the sub was definitely having an effect on the affected.
