I woke up at 07.00 AM. No matter which hour I sleep. I always wake up early.
I bought a Yoga Mat, Chia Seed, and Quinoa in Online Shop. It's a preparation for my additional activity, which is gym.
I have read about meat and any animal protein from a famous book created by dr. Hiromi Sinya. So, I didn't buy protein supplement. I consume animal protein , but only 10%-20% of all my daily menu.
