Sometimes I tap without saying words, when I feel negative emotion that wont shift, I go to the bathroom and walk up and down and just tap, whilst feeling the negative emotions and just thinking about my current in the moment issues.
A lot of the time I do get relief, which allows me to feel better and get rid of the negative knots around near the solar plexus, which means it worked/helped etc.
The relief is great and feeling better is great and most of the time with relief/feeling better, comes different ways of seeing things because of the improved emotional state etc. Which is great.
My question is in regarding using this process and making external changes. Do you think the step 3 in T3, allows you to get to the core issue/limiting belief, which would have more effect in changing your outside/external reality?
Or would you say (How I have been doing it) is more of a cumulative process where each relief builds and builds and eventually gets to the core and that is when external reality changes and shows physical evidence of the shift that has happened within?
What is going on when you feel better/find relief but external reality does not change to reflect the change within? Whats is missing?
