How many can be used at once?

I have read in some other thread that we should not use programs from other vendors / people while are listening to the subs. We should also not undergo hypnosis during this period.

Is it ok to visualize during the period when we are listening to subs ? Visualization can be related to anything / any topic not necessarily related to the sub we are listening to.
