Update: so like i said above I've been listening to the surf one for about an hourish a day as well as the ultrasonic and I'm finding I'm becoming a massive shit-stirrer!!!
Okay so let me get this straight:
A) You're only on stage 1
B) You listen to it about one hour a day
C) You're not already involved in business
Of course you're not getting any results! If it was me I would:
A) Leave the silent mp3 on 24/7 in my bedroom and office so I'm constantly exposed to it
B) Not look for results or psycho-analyse myself until the full 6 stages are complete
C) Be actively building a business before I even started the sub
