I second this. If you had asked me before DMSI it probably would have been either SM or WM but if DMSI final (6G or very close to 6G) does what it is able to do I don't see what else those programs can off that could top the DMSI goal besides maybe offering the genetic stuff since Shannon might be done sorting that out by then.
