I'm about 1/2-3/4 done that book! :O
It's good, lacking in a few practical areas thus far, but I'm hopeful.
Ultimately, the question (for me) is: How can I get everything I want without hurting anyone?
The exact "how", as I said, hasn't come into focus yet, but it's been alluded to several times.
ION, did some D2D this evening.
I love sales. It makes things so simple. The results are favourable if you're doing things "right" and they're simply not favourable if you're not. "The Market" is the great mirror of your performance.
There are varying degrees of that too.
For example, tonight, everyone (nearly every door I knocked on) opened up and was friendly, engaging, but ultimately, not interested.
It could be many things, I'm thinking I wasn't coming across as "the expert" (cause one guy asked for a card and when I tried to keep him in conversation he claimed his dog was "going berserk" when clearly the dog wasn't), however I did get some difficult questions from the 2nd last guy, which would indicate he thought I could answer them. Meaning: expert.
Anyhow, much the same process needs to be done with DMSI. I'll add my ideas to the DMSI thread.
