Day 6
So far whilst injured with my back, I've been surviving on chicken soup and bread because of a cold, and not seen much noticeable back improvement or pain reduction.
Yesterday afternoon, my back was still hurting as per usual. However, after eating a big bowl of porridge (oats, cacao nibs, chocolate protein powder, almond butter, blueberries, cinnamon) around noon I sat down on my sofa and did some work whilst watching a film in the background. After the film finished (2 hours), I got up to move my bowl, and noticed my back pain had dramatically reduced. The pain went from preventing me to be able to move fluently or fully straighten my back, to being able to move unencumbered. There was still pain, but it was manageable. This change was drastic enough for me to attribute it to the sub.
The reduced pain and improved mobility has continued up until this morning. Thank god.
It looks like the healing energy is mostly powered by food. Eat to heal. It reminds me of DMSI v1 when eating massively powered the aura, making it super strong. I think sourcing from food, and then body fat (ketosis) if no glycogen stores are available are potentially the best sources for energy flooding. I remember Shannon saying he didn't have time to work out how to source body fat for energy for 3.1, hopefully he can figure it out for 3.2 if it's even possible.
I've also started to feel a slight niggly pain inside my left knee when walking around. Could be an old injury being dug up and healed.
Love playing the sub to fall asleep at night, makes me feel warm and "snuggly", lol. A 360 from MLS which made me feel focused and awake, therefore preventing sleep.
