Must have hit large resistance half way through stage 5, I ended the program early.

I'm just now ready to go back in, Stage 1 coming up soon

Looking back I did improve a lot; posture and confidence improvements, a much deeper voice, less timidity, still a introvert lol, that's all I have to say for now.
