Sorry for the very late reply but I never did B because I wasn't getting any results with A which indicated to me that there was still healing needing to be done before I could execute and B would essentially be a waste of time if I'm just going to resist it.
On a different note, I haven't been listening anymore and just letting the time go by to take a break but these few weeks have been killer, especially since around the 28th. I've been getting nausea and headaches with it having gotten much worse since the beginning of August with the last week being random bouts of nausea usualky once a day.
