what up Smash, just read through your journal,
really like some of the Alpha points and I'm curious to see how this set works for you since you already
seem very positive, together, and successful from the sound of it. .
If I remember correctly you were into Cory sky affirmations, if I got that right
are you still doing them and are you going to continue during Alpha?
