As you go through cycles of clearing, there will be times when your internal state and external state (body language, external actions, etc.) are misaligned. Also, as your subconscious turns inward for healing, you will temporarily "lose results" because it's focused on clearing, not getting laid. He literally said this like two days ago.
This cycle only lasts for a short period of time before it balances out and you reach a new baseline. I know this because I've experienced it time and time again. It ALWAYS goes away.
