No, I've never tried the refresher but I'm going to use it for about 3 months just after I've finished my 4th AM6 ride. I don't see the point in using it before I get there. First of all I must get the feel or awarness that there's no more to do with AM6 and then I'll be sure that there's the right moment to use the refresher. I presume that will happen when I've finished 4th ride.
