I appreciate the help, it's something to think about. I read the refresher stage is just for maintenance so I could actually run it any time within six months. I think what I'll do is take a week off after AM6 or more then I'll run dmsi to see what kind of healing I can get done, then run stage 7. Plus I've been really curious about how I'll react to DMSI after seeing all these posts.
