I've also been thinking a lot in recent weeks about the women in the past that I blew it with.

There's this nagging thought in my head that I'm not wanted by women, and they are repulsed by me.

Does DMSI address that issue?

DMSI will clear up anything that stops you from executing the goals of the sub. Which is.. quite a lot. And what you described is quite likely stopping you from executing.
