Well I mean there are some things that never change right, but there are some things that do. Even some particles change behaviour if they are expected to in quantum physics so it's hard to know what is unchanging truism and what is not.
All things change. So long as we exist within the bounds of time and space, they are absolutely going to change, because not only is space itself expanding, but time is change. So there is nothing that "never changes".
The universe is expanding. Space itself, the fabric of what we physically experience and within which all physical things exist is expanding. This is change. All things change with time.
What about the nature of attraction?
If those experiencing attraction change, then so does the nature of attraction. And over time, lifetimes and generations, even that changes. That's why you don't want to have kids with, say, a turtle.
Right, well I should have added the caveat that I'm almost always talking in terms of "within my lifetime" and even then "within my lifetime before I get too old to benefit from XYZ".
So there are absolutely things that do not change within those parameters.
