Today, it happened. It was natural, completely unforced, and genuinely empathetic. She came up to me, poked me (kind of like a little kid - it was super cute) while looking up in a submissive way, and said, "You don't have to be angry because of me," and then hugged me. Complete diffusion of all my anger. I was so elated that this happened that I could have cried. It really helped, I told her so, and she said, "Ok, mark that down! I did it!" She then went upstairs to take a nap, and I laid on the couch downstairs, and did my loops. I was filled with emotion for the first 30 minutes of the first loop, b/c I couldn't believe what had happened. I seriously think that's the first time in almost 9 years. Wow.
