Rayhon, first things first, you didn't f*ck anything up. You genuinely liked someone, who was unfortunately unavailable. It happens. Congratulations, you're a human being. You know this now.
Onto something a bit more worrisome - your last line on your post. Either you become happy in life or or rather not live.
Let me put something in perspective for you. You only get one shot at this. There is no reboot, there is no three lives, this ain't a video game. If you carry on with that attitude, you will invariably find yourself unhappy at some point in your life, and you will invariably do something stupid.
If you want to be a higher value man, you need to first understand for yourself who you are and what makes you happy. In my opinion, being a higher value man is being the best version of yourself. And you'll never be the best version of yourself, so you continuously strive to be better, because you should realize that there is no ceiling to your own greatness. Don't settle. Ever.
Women, love, happiness, success, all that shits going to come and go in your life.
I'll share something with you. There is only one man that I consider striving to be like.
The guy from the Dos Equis commercial - the most interesting man in the world.
Sounds funny, right? It's true though. My main purpose in life isn't to be happy, or successful, or get laid. My goal in life is to have lived an interesting life and conquered whatever challenges are thrown at me. To do my best at anything and never back down, especially in the face of danger.
If you want to be a higher value man, be a better man today than you were yesterday, be a better man tomorrow than you were today. Always be better.
If you live your life with that type of intention, I can guarantee you, you will have everything you want in abundance.
Always leave them wanting more Kid...
