Don't even give it a thought if your health and diet are good. I've known plenty of slender and smaller framed guys and they do just fine in all areas of life. I had a good friend of about your measurements that the rest of us "normal" guys couldn't believe when we saw how many women were into him. We almost died when he was with some gorgeous Amazon looking girl that was taller than us. This girl wouldn't have given the rest of us the time of day and she followed him around with googley eyes lol
