Is there any way to protect yourself from psychic infiltration?

Multiple ways.

If you're running DMSI, you'll get the auric shielding which helps immensely.

Other than that, look into the different protection rituals, such as the lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram, or the sword banishing.

Those will balance your energies making you much less susceptible to anything nasty.

There are advanced techniques after those, but I don't know them yet.
