Visual artifacting is a side effect of the direct overlay of conscious and subconscious awareness during state shifting. The ACSMA module, in other words, working with ITM-SS, creates a state of awareness in which visual artifacts happen as a result of the fact that you are consciously becoming aware of the expanded range of sensory awareness your subconscious mind has.
