When a woman starts windshield-wipering her legs apart and back together, that is an expression of a lot of energy. In kids it can be just energy, but in teens and adults it is almost invariably sexual energy being expressed.
It is also, in the case of sexual energy, a way to get her sexual scent out there and advertise her readiness to sex.
Hands between the highs mean she is trying to resist those desires and urges to do the windshield wiper thing, and the more hands she uses the harder she's trying to resist.
Yesterday I saw one I have never seen before... my server found an excuse to stand 3 feet away at another table and give me a nice long butt presentation, but I would not have known it was a butt presentation unless she'd stuck her hand between her legs and out the back. Somehow they seem to think this is preventing their sexual scent from getting out when they do this, or maybe it's a self sabotage move to express their desires regardless, while trying to stifle sexual energy.
I almost got a pic, but it took too long to wipe the chicken grease off my hands and unlock my phone. That would have been gold for the body language book I am working on.
