Some observations on B:
-No more urge to watch porn
On version A that was still a bit of a problem, or my need for real sexual encounters is getting stronger than the urge to masturbate, which I think is a sign that A was really working well for me
-More motivation
I started keto again and it seems to go without the urge for quick carbs. On A is couldn't last for 2 days on this diet. Also started working out again, which has been a while. Aiming for losing about 10kg (22 lbs by the end of March)
-Neutral state
When I wake up, I feel good. That is my new normal. An attitude of 'let's kick some ass!'
