You should find that you're normalizing in terms of emotional state and response to DMSI-A, as well as the results you get are at their maximum. Once that starts happening, you should be good for B.
If you use B and it "rips you to shreds" emotionally, etc. then you weren't ready for it, obviously.
This is quite insightful. I tend to have what I refer to as cyclical resistance. Mornings are pretty emotionally heavy; not depression but depression like symptoms. Afternoon lightens up, and evening is best. Once I start interacting with humans and especially beautiful women, I'm light, airy, bubbly, and warm. It stays that way until 10pm to 11pm, when I start that day's listening session.
Based on what you said, and my experience, am I looking out for experiencing the emotional state that I experience at night to be experienced all day?
