Don't expect to see results overnight, Subliminals are not magic that flick your fingers and BOOM, it takes time. Look at it this way, everyday nothing seems to change but then you look back everything is different. You will almost be disappointed if you are expecting to see results every time you run the sub. RELAX let it do its thing ;-)
