I’m having a slight problem and I’m not sure if it’s because of the subs. I’m wondering if anyone else has had the same issue? Since I’ve been listening to the 4g I have difficulty sleeping. I started out not being able to easily fall asleep so I take an all natural sleeping pill that seems to help a little in that area. But I can’t seem to stay asleep. I wake up many times throughout the night and I always wake up in a jolt. I know when we drink alcohol our bodies don’t get quality sleep because it doesn’t allow us to fall into a deep sleep, kind of like it’s just spinning it’s wheels in one place. That’s sort of what I feel like, that I’m not able to fall into a deep sleep. I was so tired on Monday, that I woke up, had coffee and went back to bed to bed to take a nap which I never do. It’s a shame because the subs are working and I’m getting more done but not as much as I would if I were getting enough sleep. My mind is trying to push me to do things but my body is exhausted. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it pass once my minds gets used to the programs? Or can anyone suggest anything to help?

What you describe is a very rare type of response to the dream usage programming in 4G. It happens when there is a dissonance between the mind, the emotions and the body. You, it seems, have a strongly emotional core. Did it happen using any other 4G program?
